What's in the book?

I share with people an amazing method that my partner at Cornfield's (Olderhill) Kennels and Pet Link-up, Julie Prinsloo, and I have used to train thousands of dogs to track in 20 minutes and less!
 
We take dogs who have never been on a lead before and 20 minutes later they have completed at least two successful tracks.
 
In the book I show the progress of two 4 month old foxhound puppies, Frasier and Niles, from the first time they have leads put on to when they have both completed two successful tracks. Check out our timing...

It took us exactly 30 minutes to train the two foxhound puppies to track.

 
Some of our dogs have caught criminals, including rhino poachers, and found wounded or healthy animals AFTER ONLY THIS FIRST 20 MINUTES OF TRAINING. 
This includes Jimmy, our foxhound x bluetick puppy, who caught criminals both times that he was taken to crime scenes. The second time was rhino poachers. He had only had that first 20 minutes of training. 
 

What else is in the book?

In the book, apart from explaining exactly how to train your dog to walk on a lead and then to track, I also explain:-
  •  what dog breeds are most suitable for tracking, and which are not at all suitable;
  •  what to do in real-life situations when you need to track; and
  • how to avoid a common cause of dogs dying while tracking.
